Meet LALITHA

I am a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner, and WellBeing Coach in Mississauga, Ontario.

My work is especially focused on helping clients move from stress, self doubt, and emotional reactivity into calm, self compassion, confidence, and a stronger relationship with themselves using self-discovery techniques and subconscious change work to reconnect with your own inner resources.

I created Natural and Alive Wellness Centre as a calm, supportive, and nurturing space for people who are ready to reduce stress, ease anxiety, shift limiting patterns, and reconnect with their inner calm and confidence.

My approach integrates Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP, Guided Visualization, Guided Meditation and Wellbeing Coaching to support change at both the conscious and subconscious levels. Each session is personalized to your needs, so this transformative coaching feels gentle, practical, and supportive.

My training includes a four-month online group experience with Dr. Paul McKenna, a highly respected hypnotherapist whose pioneering work has profoundly influenced modern personal transformation. I also continue to deepen my learning through expert mentors trained under Dr. Paul McKenna and Dr. Richard Bandler, co-creator of NLP. This ongoing mentorship helps me bring together Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP, Guided Visualization, and Well-Being Coaching in a calm, personalized, and supportive way.

My intention is to help you feel safe, heard, and supported as you begin creating meaningful change without pressure, force, or judgment.
